Kids Chalkboard Table

New, trendy designs have always been the benchmark coming out of Pfeiffer Lab, the design studio initiated by Eric Pfeiffer as a launching pad for his innovative designs. Using plywood, his penchant for simple; timeless and useful forms is elegant. He believes every piece of modern and contemporary design has to be multi-functional. His experiments with ply led to the co-authoring a book entitled 'Bent Ply: the Art of Plywood Furniture.' It didn't take him long to design the Chalkboard table that brings out the artist in modern kids. The vinyl base sits atop a support of layers of bent ply and the surface covered with chalkboard with a bowl at the center to hold the little artist's chalk and erasers. The Kids Chair made from molded ply with birch veneer, making it light, yet durable, matches this. The novelty of such kids room furniture holds them enthralled.

One look at the Julian chair and one can understand why Javier Mariscal is known as the Peter Pan of Spanish designs, introducing Cobi to the world during the 1992 Olympics in Barcelone.
